Spirit Guardians

I played around with the line weight and tried to familiarize myself with which area to apply different types of line thickness. I didn’t expect to get into detail with the colouring. Especially the fox and leaves. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out in the end.

Story:
Just imagine meeting someone who is so visually beautiful that even a simple greeting never crossed your mind. Your mind went blank. Your mouth refuses to cooperate. The embarrassment I felt then, I shudder at the thought of it all. Such irony that my internal turmoil amused them. They knew what they did, how their charms affected me so. Yet, they're unapologetic of it all. Understanding their nature to tease, the rising anger within me changed to adoration. It's a simple meeting. A simple get together that was comfortable enough for silence to fill the air. If only I had the privilege to touch the fox's fur, everything would be perfect! Do you know how frustrating it was to watch them fluff those cute foxes in front of me? So close, yet so far.
